#5 I never thought I'd ever be referred to as an author...

Updated: Jul 29

I was in my late thirties when the doctor told me that my remaining life span would only be one year due to severe spine compression. After trying various treatments, I found a ray of hope in hydrotherapy! I’m ever grateful to Ananda Jothi for introducing me to a new lease of life.

My encounter with water through hydrotherapy made me a national para swimming champion at the age of 40 years!!!!

The benefits of sports encouraged me to start the movement "Yes, We Too Can !!!" to create awareness on the benefits to people like me....

To spread the message, I entered into the social media space for the first time. My social activities demanded a lot of writing to share what I strongly believed...

Watch this space for more on my journey...

Did people tell you that you couldn’t do something? Did you prove them wrong? Tell me your story and let’s stay connected!

Proceeds from the royalty on this book would be used to fund our activities at YWTC CHARITABLE TRUST (www.ywtc.org).

To be available soon as paperback and e-book.
