I have always wondered why some persons with disabilities who were once unable to grow in their employment become highly successful once they start their own ventures.
As I started to observe, it became clear that work environments are designed for certain types of individuals. Most organisations find it difficult to recognise those who don't fit into that stereotype missing out on their talent pools amongst those who do not fit the stereotype.’
But once they go out, they would create a world which allows them to perform comfortably according to their abilities and shine (it may be applicable to those who understood how to create that world).
If organisations create an environment where everyone can perform upto their maximum potential, they would definitely flourish😍
Hence it's high time to move towards an inclusive work ecosystem👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
