I was supposed to meet him at a get-together arranged by British Dy High Commissioner on the eve of Queen's Birthday. I thought of presenting my book to him on that day. But due to the change in his schedule, I could not meet him. But BDHC, Chennai Oliver Ballhatchet MBE and Captain Ian Lynn ensured that my book reach the Minister. Thanks a ton to both of themšš
