At one of our office events, in the evening, the floor was open for dance. I sat in my wheelchair, enjoying watching others dancing just like I usually do at all such events. Suddenly, our colleagues Anand and two more women staff who also happen to be professional dancers came towards me, went down on their knees and made me dance as well. It was a huge surprise for me and I remember it as an awesome experience. Their thoughtful gesture made me feel that I was a part of the event and not just a spectator😍
At that moment I realised practically, the difference between diversity and inclusion. Diversity and Inclusion should go hand in hand for authentic impact🤩
