Happy International Women's Day to all the amazing women out there. On this occasion, I want to share my love for water and how it's helping me stay fit.
Whenever I enter into the water, I feel that it's my place❤❤ Is it because I can do many things in water which I can't do on the ground due to water buoyancy or is it because of the boundless joy water is giving to me - No idea🤩🤩
Water workouts and swimming have become my passion, and I treat the swimming pool like a lab, where I experiment with different workouts and techniques to keep myself motivated and engaged.
Right now my experiments are with the swimming diskettes presented by my niece, to challenge myself and stay inspired. I find that being in the pool allows me to connect with nature and be with myself, which not only helps me stay healthy but also brings a sense of peace and freedom.
I believe that every woman deserves to feel this way.
I know that finding time for exercise can be challenging for women with the demands of work and home life, but taking care of ourselves is crucial for our physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
