Spotlight on Inclusion: Insights from the Mega Leadership Conclave

Honored to have attended the Mega Leadership Conclave organized by Career Growth Plus International. Kudos to Founder Amitrajit Ghosh for orchestrating such a wonderful event! The program kicked off with an amazing dance performance by Mr. Madhusudhan, setting a vibrant tone for the day.

During my fireside chat with Amit, we had the opportunity to screen our film When Opportunity Knocks the Recruiter's Door. This was a meaningful moment for me, as the film highlights important aspects of inclusion in the workplace. Amit asked thought-provoking questions that brought out my strong opinions on inclusion-related matters, leading to an engaging and impactful discussion.

I am also humbled to have received the Great Diversity and Inclusion Leader Award at this event. Listening to the other expert speakers from diverse backgrounds was truly a learning experience. Each brought a unique perspective, enriching the conversation around leadership and inclusion.

A special mention goes to the venue, Taj Wellington Mews, where I was delighted to learn that 85% of the staff are women. This commitment to gender diversity is a silver lining that deserves to be celebrated.
